The best service ever. What a fun place. The weather was great and the rooms you stay in are clean. So relaxing. The fishing is the best and the food out of this world. If you ever get the chance to go try to get here.

Took my husband to Langara Fishing Lodge. He's a huge fisherman and has fished all over the world. Langara, however, was simply the best. You begin by flying 2 hrs north of Vancouver Island to Masset, and then take a 15 minute helicopter ride to the floating lodge. The staff couldn't be more friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They provide all of the gear and fishing apparel, and you have the option of taking a guide or not. We LOVED our guide! We caught lots of salmon: pink, coho, chinook. And, halibut and more (rockfish, etc). Humpbacks surrounded us, we saw sea lions, and bald eagles. The food was incredible! And did I mention the staff???? They made it. Be careful if you go though. . .because you'll want to come back every year!

fishing was excellent, as were the sea lions (that ate out fish!!!) Everything about the trip was wonderful

Fantastic place to fish. Food is absolutely incredible. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous. This is an expensive trip but worth every penny. The fishing guide I had was great and my arm was sore in the first day from catching fish.

this place is amazing for fishing, me and my buddy's went, some of the largest salmon i've ever seen. and we went whale watching. its a great little island.http://langaraisland.blogspot.com/
