We are glad that you have appreciated! It is always good to have feed back like this because we work very hard to satisfy our visitors. About the access fee, we ask 12, 50 $ to ensure a great quality of experience to our costumers and keep the park clean and safe. Thank you! - Marie-Elaine

We were there the last day of the bottom falls for the season. The op area was not open. We had an incredible day there and it was absolutely beautiful. Well worth the visit and I am glad I didn't miss this.

very nice scenery awaits you while you walk around canyon. Not far from Quebec city, moderate walking difficulty mostly due to step stairs at times will award you with views of waterfall and bridges over mountain river. For someone with extra time and search of adventure, check sites to book a day of adventure boulder climbing tours (couple hours long, fun for a family, must be reasonably fit). Must be pretty crowded during the touristy summer months, but still a good addition while visiting Quebec.

This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful attractions in the region of Québec city. The trail passes through three bridges in different height, providing beautiful scenery of the waterfall, the canyon and the beautiful trees. We took a lot of pictures.

What a photographer's dream. Terrific trails, bridges, nature scenery. Fall leaves, rainbow in the falls. It couldn't have been a more beautiful excursion and totally worth the drive in our rental car from Quebec City. Whoever planned and built these trails deserves an award for making it possible for us to get so close and have such terrific views.

Higher than Niagara Falls, those at Canyon Ste-Anne allow you to get up close and personal along paths, dramatic viewpoints, and three vertigo-inducing bridges. Late September and October are best for you to enjoy this spectacular cascade against a brilliant backdrop of autumn colours. Be prepared to get a real cardio workout as you descend and climb endless stairs if you want to see the falls from top to bottom…and back up again! For the more adventuresome, there is a zip line the canyon, or a climb to the top hanging on for dear life using the Ferrata lines that run right beside the turbulent cascade. For us the stairs were enough! For great family fun, a smaller loop of easy walking trails, called the Jeux ROC-Ambolesques, brings you through a series of stone statues and menhirs feature legends from around the world. A nice walk through the woods to get your heart rate back to normal.

So, we decided to hike the 5KM trail and see this wonder recommended by the concierge at our hotel. The hike is very doable, but if you are afraid of heights, turn left at the head of the trail so you can see the falls without crossing the suspension bridges. But if you are adventuresome, take the right branch, You'll cross the first bridge at 21' above the water. Then you'll walk down to the base of the first (74 meter (220') water fall and cross a second bridge suspended 180' above the base of the second water fall. At this point, if you took the right fork, you join the path from the bridges. The trek down to the base of the second waterfall has over 150 stairs, are steep, and a bit of a challenge. At the base of the stairs lies the 3d suspension bridge. This is the first suspension bridge I've ever crossed with metal grate stairs on half the bridge. This allows you to look at the fast rushing waters below you. There are numerous observation points along the trail, and it is pretty easily hiked although your legs will feel the climb if you're not on stairs every day. Henry David Thoreau journeyed and wrote of these falls many years ago, remarking how majestic they were. I second his observation. I like them more than Niagara though not as big. MUST SEE

I can not find a separate site to review Adventurex so am putting it here. This was an amazing experience. We took the Extreme package and 3 of our group of 4 found it extremely challenging but thought it was the best thing they have ever done while traveling. They start you out on an easier course (Family Course) to determine if you are able to handle what follows. Both the guide and I decided I would sit out the last part of the trip while the other 3 continued. So I got to take photos of the other 3 from various vantage points. I think that just about anyone who is even a little physical fit can handle the family course. DO IT! You will be glad you did. It is an amazing way to see this beautiful location.

Done so well with the path and suspension bridges. Had a beautiful day and the Falls were roaring. Saw rainbows in the mist. Need to be ready for some steep steps but they have benches to rest along the way.

An early visit to the Canyon during summer time, while in Quebec city will give you the energy and thrill of the day. The reception area to the entrance is conveniently accommodating and clean. The objective of the visit is to take a challenging, but safe walk of about one hour or more depending on the interest of the visitors. Just sitting for a while to listen to the sound of water falling from the canyon and taking pictures of the suspension bridges will make this vacation spot really inviting.

My family of 3 (2 adults, 9 year old boy) visited the canyon while vacationing in Quebec. There was ample parking and a pavilion with a restaurant, gift shop and restrooms at the entrance to the canyon. Cost for our family was $32. There are plenty of scenic spots for picture taking. The hike is beautiful, crossing multiple suspension bridges. The falls are gorgeous, and there is an opportunity to zip line if you are looking for adventure. Good exercise for the family. Wear good hiking shoes, and recommend bug spray.

We spent an afternoon here walking around taking pictures and getting some good exercise with all the steps. There is also rock climbing and a small zipline across the canyon. Afterward, we got soup and sandwiches at the small cafeteria. Recommend visiting for the nice walk and views.
