What a gem! My husband found this little hidden diamond tucked away and not seen or known my many. It was obvious when we arrived, since it was quiet and maybe a passerby would stop and tinker. This is a small little dammed waterfall with seating benches tucked away within the walking path. The seating benches are strategically placed so that you have a direct view of the falling water. A serene sound of soft and gentle splashing water against the stones make this an ideal romantic rendezvous. We packed a sack lunch as we planned to visit this spot. Its free and most ideal since the lake areas throughout this region are privately owned and off limits to the public. I would highly recommend it for couples young and old. We took our dog with us and he enjoyed a refreshing drink. Best of all, this is a FREE stop off.
