cootamundra creative arts & cultural centre

This is the jewel in Cootamundra's crown. Very deceiving from the outside........an old building which has been renovated and now houses the Cootamundra Visitors Information Centre; 3 offices, music rooms, a Visual Arts studio, a Meeting Room, a commercial kitchen; a pottery studio a "Green Room" which complements the magnificent 110 seat theatre where plays, music, ballet, workshops and movies are conducted. This has all been achieved by a group of Volunteers, plus support from local Council and some government grants. Amazing.

The arts centre is also part of the Visitor Information centre.They provide a great range of maps, brochures and good information on the local attractions within the area.This should be your first port of call when you arrive in Cootamundra.The staff here help us to find the Heritage centre, Bradman's birthplace museum, Cricket captains walk and much more.
