queanbeyan museum

Whilst the Museum has limited openings (Saturday and Sunday 2 - 4pm) it is a lovely place to visit. A lot of the exhibits are localised but it is a great way to look at times gone by. The museum is run by volunteers who have and are doing a great job. The Exhibits are clearly labelled and easy to follow. As well as permanent exhibits they have moving collections. The current one is about the Postal Service and covers bushrangers to recent timers.
