Let me start by saying that the scenery was great as well as the horses and the guide was polite but that's about all I can say was good. We booked a 1.5 hour ride and were charged for a 2 hour one. (Prices based off their website). On top of this we actually gave them too much money and didn't realise until later, they didn't seem to notice either? Having been on many trail rides from both a client and proprietor side I found the instructions given to be inadequately basic at best (stop, go, left, right.) No up hill, down hill, call of nature stances. Once the ride began our gear was not checked again for the whole ride, while this isn't strictly necessary most ride clubs would check within the first hour or before/after the first trot.
