andrew peace wines

Called in for a wine taste and stayed 2 hours. The wife had a wine taste the kids checked out the fake crocodile. There still not real sure about it and played with a irish wolfhound that was the size of a horse, we had a bit of a tour of the wine storing area and purchased some quite nice and well priced wine. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. There is a coffee machine there and the smell as you first walk in is great it was a bit to hot to try any. There are bbq facilities and a pizza oven in a really nice area but you need to make prior arrangement with them for use. We travelled from Swan Hill and had a river stop at Wood Wood either way get a burger from Steve at the shop beautiful. Was a Really Good Half Day out.

Nice place, Great value wines, By the case is the best buy, red or white doesn't matter its all a good drop..

We can buy Andrew Peace wines - Mighty Murray - in our local supermarket in West Yorkshire, UK. The label on the bottle says that they would welcome you to visit them and they will show you a bit of the Ozzy Good Life. Well, we detoured slightly to include a vist to them and emailed to say when we would be there. Unfortunatly it was NewYear's Eve and the winery was shut, although the shop was open for business. No matter though, as one of Andrew Peace's sons, Calum was roused to take us around the whole place. We can't thank him enough for his hospitality on what was his holiday time. It's a great litle winery. Well when you compare it with some of the really big boys, it is smaller, but more than makes up for it in the quality and care that they take over making their wines.If you are in the Swan Hill area and travelling north - GO THERE! you will not be disappointed.
