golden valley tree park

We were there in summer & appreciated the shade plus we scoffed lots of mulberries under the most enormous tree!We will schedule a visit in spring & autumn as want to see different seasons, well set out.

Not a summer place - would be better in winter, tracks could be better defined, I couldn't find one of the walk take off areas

This park has two separate areas: International & Native trees. It also has a range of enjoyable colour coded walks of different durations. The park has a big variety of old trees from around the world which is a joy to look at. Have the camera ready! The area on natives is also very enjoyable and well organised. Spotted a few roos!

Beautiful place to picnic and an enjoy your surroundings. Take with you the regions fine food and enjoy the setting and relax with a nice wine and book while to children run around.

We took a bicycle ride here and I was delighted with the greenery, the birdlife and how quiet it was. Lots of places to have a picnic, with very clean facilities. Definately worth a visit.

It's so peaceful just walking through this park and learning which country the trees came from.We spent 1 hour just strolling through the park and enjoying the serenity.

Beautiful trees in a peaceful setting, we had a great walk there. Nice to see all the different trees and see the History of the valley.Hope to be back soon.

Golden Valley is a lovely place to visit if you love trees. There are such wonderful examples of huge old deciduous trees of many varieties with pleasant walks and great views from the hillsides. Must go back in the autumn.There is also a large area of native trees and shrubs with interesting walks.Having the trees all labeled was very informative and the whole area is a great credit to the staff that maintain it.

Located just outside the vilage of Balingup, is the Golden Valley Tree Park.Beautiful walks and oustanding views from the hillsides.On my 60th birthday my family ' gave ' me a tree a giant Sequoia.. which I vistited last week !! wow it has grown.Great place for a picnic.....
