Terrific views, not too far of a walk from shopping center. Great history at memorial, can see the cargo ships as well as cruise ships if docked.

Just a great vantage point to look out to anchorage and then back over the iron ore hub of BHPB's North Yard. Good loop road for caravaners, also some picnic areas.
