We did the wine tasting during our visit in Mendoza and it was by far the most extraordinay one we had done. And we have been to many tastings around the world by that time. First of all the guide was very passionate and shared his deep knowlegde of winemaking. It was actually much more as we had experienced before and he would really go into the details. In addition we tried the wines of the bodega at different stages of fermentation, meaning straight from the tank, the barrel and at the end the finished wine in the bottle.We also tried the same wine at different temperature levels in order to learn more about influence in taste of this important factor.The whole tasting was about 1,5 hours and it was nice that is was not rushed. In the end this meant that we would have almost missed our bus from Mendoza to Salta. We did not have time anymore to use the normal local bus to get back. Our guide was just amazing and asked the vineyard owner who was going to Mendoza by chance just in that moment, to take us with him.It was just an incredible ride back and we learned even more about the vineyard history from first hand. Thank you so much to him and the whole vineyard!!!!If you are looking for a real winetasting, we can only recommend this place. They also have a very lovely restaurant were you can enjoy food and wine before and after.

We visited this vineyard as part of the four we visited in the area and the tour was by far our favourite. We got to taste wine from the very initial stages of the fermentation process through to the cask stage and then in bottles, both young and old. We did some fun experiments with cooler and warmer wine from the same bottle too. We learnt loads and the Malbec was great. The owners are clearly enthuastic and love being there. Would highly recommend people to add to this vineyard to their tour of the Mendoza wine region! Our only regret is that we didn't have our lunch here - they had a great looking set menu including wine for a good price.

We read great reviews on Trip Advisor, but didn't realize the bodega was closed until we arrived - luckily, Federico welcomed us to his winery and gave us an amazing private tour. The wine was delicious, tour informative and innovative, and the bodega beautiful! We sadly didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant, but it looked beautiful as well. It's clear that Tierras Altas is a work of love for this family, and they clearly enjoy sharing with visitors. Huge thanks to Federico for welcoming us and taking time out of his busy day to give a couple Americans a fantastic Malbec experience - we look forward to returning on our next visit to Mendoza!

El lugar es calido y muy lindo, hermosa vista, hay una laguna hermosa en la entrada. Podes conocer la cava, la atención es de primer nivel, muy atentos y agradables, comimos delicioso, una degustación de empanadas, buenos vinos, nunca dejaron que nuestra copa este vacia. Por ahí la porción del plato principal nos resultó un poco pequeña , igual nos encanto! Un lugar para volver y disfrutar ! Lo recomiendo

Fizemos a experiência Malbec após um excelente almoço no restaurante da bodega.O atendimento foi excelente, pessoal. Aprendemos e aproveitamos muito!Iniciamos degustando um malbec rosé, conhecendo e provando as uvas diretamente na viña. Aprendemos um pouco do processo de irrigação e desenvolvimento da uva.Foi uma explicação animada e muito interessante pelo somelier César que nos deu um atendimento excelente!Depois conhecemos o processo de fermentação do vinho, onde pudemos provar os vinhos diretamente dos tonéis ainda em fermentação (uma experiência muito legal!) e depois do tonel de carvalho com o vinho já pronto.Por fim degustamos o vinho em diferentes temperaturas. Também foi muito legal!Conclusão, já fiz muitas degustações em que vc só prova o vinho, esta foi sensacional, aprendemos muito, aproveitamos muito. Valeu muito a pena e fomos muito bem atendidos pelo César.

Impecable almuerzo, vinos de excelencia y la brillante atención de César Freites hacen que esta sea una visita obligada para toda familia que vaya a Mendoza. Coincidió que justo durante nuestro almuerzo y visita había un encuentro de amigos del dueño y todo eso reafirmó la experiencia de sentirse como parte de la familia de la bodega. Además el conocimiento y la pasión de César por compartir todo lo que sabe de vino hace que al final del día no solo los mayores estuviésemos felices de haber pasado por allí sino también nuestros hijos.

Ubicada en Luján de cuyo, el lugar es muy bonito, apenas entras te encuentras con una laguna con unos peces naranjas, blancos hermosos que al escuchar las voces se acercan, el restaurante funciona de miércoles a domingos, a partir de las 12:00 hs te llevan a conocer la bodega perteneciente a la flia Arizu moderna, con una cava especial, se puede almorzar en el salón que es todo vidriado desde el cual podes ver las viñas como así también afuera que es muy agradable, una atención especial que brinda Cesar Freites en todo momento desde tu llegada, se puede elegir entre dos menú, muy ricos como entradas y postres y disfrutar de el excelente vino de la bodega, precio calidad excelente, lugar para compartir en familia, con amigos o en pareja, lo recomiendo.

Excelente bodega!!! Excelente la atención de Cesar!!!. Bodega obligada a visitar si vas a mendoza. Reservar con Anterioridad y si pueden, quédense a almorzar. Una experiencia inolvidable.

Un trato especial el la bodega hace que uno se sienta parte de la misma! Muy contento de compartir esta experiencia con amigos !!!

La experiencia superó ampliamente nuestras expectativas, tuvimos un almuerzo delicioso y degustamos vinos de excelente calidad. La visita a la bodega y la cava sin duda es diferente a lo que habíamos visto en otras oportunidades. Todo lo anterior sumado a la calidez y buena predisposición de la gente de la bodega, hacen de Tierras Altas un lugar para disfrutar, recomendar y volver a visitar.

Simplemente excelente! De una calidad deslumbrante. Degustamos seis tipos de vinos, todos muy buenos.La atención excelente! Tengo que volver!!!!

Desde que se ingresa a la Bodega se nota el amor por lo que hacen en todos los detalles.Preciosa bodega,cava ,viñedos y restaurante.La desgustación y el maridaje junto a Club Terroir ,de lo mejor!!!La comida del restaurante excelente!!!Gracias César,Federico y Florencia por su atención y por la pasión que nos transmitieron !!Como mendocina me hicieron sentir orgullosa!!

La atención del personal de la bodega es excelente. El vino de la degustación es de los mejores que he probado. Es una bodega pequeña con una esmerada atención. Lo recomiendo.
