Nos is the nearest beach to the town on Symi, and very popular.Like all the "serviced" beaches it is leased from the town council and every day you will see the lessee and his staff hard at work grooming the fine shingle beach and moving the shingle that tends to build up at one end due to sea currents. They always seem to be painting something, building or repairing something, To reach it continue round the bay from the clocktower past the boatyard.It has a good taverna and a handy beach bar with waiter service to the beach if you ask nicely.

Great Taverna (also called Paradise Taverna) I had Lemon Chicken with oven Lemon baked potatoes Fantastic best lemon chicken I;ve had in many years of travel all over Greece. Also the prices are good for Symi and compare well with the more touristy parts of Rhodes.Beach as described in other reviews but is nice and very close to town, sunbeds have seen better days but are only 3 euro, and the music does change afternoon, although i am partial to both Rock (morning) and coll/laid back sounds (afternoon and lunch).Chill out and enjoy the vibe AND food.

Nice beach close to centre. €3 for sun bed and pay for shower. Shingle beach with a drop off, but nice clear water and lovely views out. It was very busy but if you are in the first beds by the water you won't notice, we didn't eat but food looked good . Also provided books to read.

A nice broad bay of a beach with a long board walk across the large shingle from the taxi boat jetty. Beds and umbrellas are available but of poor quality. The umbrellas wont block out the sun totally. There are beds available under tree cover which are also popular. There are several goats in the vicinity which can come down to the beach and rifle through your bags if you are absent. One decent taverna, overpriced again. Beach shoes needed for the shingly sea bed around the beach.

This is the best one! The swiming is really excellent with clear and crispy water. You have a fantastic view. The beach is not sandy, it is filled with small white pebbles. The taverna serves tasty food.

it is the closest beach to the center. there is a taverna inside it or you will pay only 3 € for sunbeds and umbrellas (it is same all over Symi becah). sea is again very clean however as same in all symi with pebble

Handy for the town, and easy to walk to, But for us, this wa too noisy and we didn't apprecaiate the music choice/volume from the taverna. We went to the far end and enjoyed a peaceful swim.

The beach is mainly artificially created and not very wide. There is also a sudden increase in the water depth if you are not careful.The sun beds are quite close together but not as expensive as those at Pedi, being only 3 Euros each.The food and the service in the attached taverna were both excellent and kept us coming back when we didn't want to venture out of Yialos for the day.

Minutes walk from the main harbour, with bar served sun beds for 3 euro, a bar & restaurant. I'm not normally into laying at a beach, but found myself there for hours at a time. The beach itself is small shingle with some large rocks, so sea shoes are a good idea!

We've been going to Symi for the last 5 years, but unfortunately not this year. Noz beach is Symi's own town beach - loved and look after by it's Greek owner Dimitri and his wife. Although man made with gravel, you have magnificent views and clear blue water.There may more picturesque beaches to travel too and they all have their merits, but what makes this beach setting so special are Dimitri, Natasha and their staff at Paradise Taverna. You will not find a more pleasant welcome or friendlier people on Symi - and they're all friendly!The greek fare is always freshly cooked by Aphrodite and her team of two girls and served cheekily by Yianni. It's just a real pleasure to relax and eat here because of them.Please also talk to Dimitri - he is a legend!

Когда подъезжаешь к острову на пароме, открывается прекрасный вид. Стоят разноцветные, как игрушечные домики. Остров очень уютный. Море прозрачное. По берегу располагаются рыбные ресторанчики. Рекомендую попробовать знаменитых симских креветок. Ешь их как семечки, даже не нужно чистить. Очень вкусные. Очень приятно было сидеть в ресторанчике на берегу и кидать хлеб рыбам, их налетает мгновенно огромное множество. Также необходимо купить симскую губку, там они в каждом магазинчике.

legherei la recensione nos beach al paesino bellissimo a cui appartiene.E'tutto unico e bellissimo,il porto,i negozi,i bar i ristoranti,le bellissime case e poi questo tratto di mare dove puoi rinfrescarti un po prima di prendere la nave per tornare a Rodi.

L'isola di symi è stata la gita forse più bella!! Arrivi in questa cittadina davvero colorata e particolare e a piedi si arriva a Nos beach con un mare cristallino e blu da nn credere!! Acqua davvero alta ma nn si può nn fare il bagno!!
