Went to Wellness Spa to get my eyebrows done back in July when they first started offering an alternative to the regular waxing. I decided to try it after much discussion with the person doing my service and another employee there. They were both helpful in their recommendations and I decided to try it, after they informed me that the cost should be the same for either service. The owner arrived at the salon while I was getting my service done and was sitting at the reception desk when it was time for payment. I inquired about the different slimming creams that was behind the counter and she was not helpful at all; not giving me knowledgeable answers about the products. I then proceeded to pay and she charged me extra for my brow service. I informed her that the employees ensured me the price was the same as waxing. She adamantly said no and still demanded to collect the extra money from me. I repeated to her that I was quoted the same price for either service. She stood up, stormed towards the back where her employees were and she must have chewed them out because she came back and still wanted the money from me. The person who did my service apologized, and the other employee who helped me looked like she felt really bad about the situation. I was new to the area at that time and was looking for a place to get my weekly and monthly services done, and this was definitely OFF my list. The employees were wonderful and provided great customer service, however, the owner was so rude and money hungry, that I refuse to ever go back there again.I am only writing now because I came across this while looking up something else and didn't realize they were listed here. The owner left such a bad impression on me.

I tried this place after it was highly recommended. I totally love how they did my nails! Exactly what I wanted! They understand the needs and wishes of their customers and work highly professional. I will definitely make new appointments, also to try out their other offers.

I've been a loyal customer for over 4 years. The services have always been great! I only use this establishment for waxing and pedicures. Waxing with no stips!! Hard wax only. Very professional. Reasonable prices and they accept VAT forms. The owner, Karen, is personable and helpful with suggesting the right treatments for what I want.
