4 elements adventure

We did everything under the rain and sun (when it chose to appear). We were out with Mark, Maggie, John, Jerry and gang.Nothing they wouldn't do for us to keep us entertained in the short span of time we were there - games (jumping beans to stay warm!), camp craft, random ideas and exploring the beach at low tide. The kayaking and swimming was fantastic. We managed to paddle out to one of the islands for a quick look. Crashing waves on rock just never gets boring. Look out for the dead end rock - there's a surprise I shan't spoil for the rest of you guys. It's awesome. We also got to pick some muscles for dinner. Created a new dish - DRUNKEN MUSCLES. Hope you guys remember the recipe and cook it for the next round of campers. I know we sure enjoyed it, finished the whole pot!The gear provided was all in good condition no worries there. We had a bloody good time at night around the warm campfire. Swapping stories and trying out hot whisky. It was great company and fun. Thanks again guys for a wonderful time!

We had a great day on the Mourne River with Gerry & John!! Great guys, freezing weather, an experience not to be missed!! Must re-visit in the Summertime! Karley and I had a day to remember!!Vincent

I went along to family kayaking event at Loughmacrory run by 4 elements and my son and I had an amazing day, It was a mix of fun and teaching which surpassed what I was expecting for the small fee paid. I have since completed the BCU 2 Star training and indoor kayaking classes with both my sons and the Introduction to Whitewater with my youngest all of which were extremely enjoyable and memorable and affordable. Mark and his team are a warm, friendly and entertaining group who are a great source of inspiration and knowledge for anyone wishing to progress in this sport. Finally it is refreshing to find a business driven by passion before profit and hope they have the success they deserve.

I have been on a stag do, mountain climbing, coasteering, surfing and kayaking with Four Elements. Every event was a great days fun, I took a particular interest in kayaking after my day with Mark and have since completed a series of training days in a swimming pool where Mark taught me how to kayak properly and have since been on many successful river trips with him. Marks training and experience really helped me to learn how to do things safely and with alot of fun!I definitely would recommend four elements to anybody

I enjoyed an unforgettable weekend in Ireland with my girlfriend thanks to 4 elements adventure. Mark and Iain were knowledgable great guides/hosts which inspire confidence in our ability to Kayak and Climb. We felt safe in their knowledge and met some great people. The first day was spent setting off on our adventure kayaking over to Owey Island off coast of Donegal. Once we arrive we set up camp and went seas stack climbing with Iain. His professional, safe and fun approach made the experience thoroughly enjoyable. Never did I think I would climb a sea stack. It was epic. We settled down in the evening to a barbeque of delights, we certainly were not short of food, and our dietary requirements were accomodated with generosity. After some entertaining banter we went to sleep. The following day was spent in the sunshine kayaking around the island entering caves and challenging some serious tide. It was a lot of fun. The highlight was parking up and doing some cliff jumping into the sea!! Great times!I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone looking to have a fun time meeting new people.

I enjoyed a fantastic weekend recently with Mark & Iain from 4elements. A large group of us spent the weekend camping on a remote island off Donegal; coasteering, climbing sea-stacks, and sea kayaking through coves and caves. Professional, friendly, great BBQ, and great banter. Thoroughly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of going on a 4 ELEMENTS adventure and I have to say it was one I never will forget. The staff were extremely professional, well organised and very funny aswell. This altogether made for a memorable time. The service is relaxed, yet you always felt safe and looked after and the vast knowledge of the lead instructor Mark and his trusty sidekick John made you feel even more safe and ready to experience the beauty of adventure. I honestly would say this is the best adventure company I have been involved with and highly recommend this to anyone,family, or couple. thanks lads

Adults and teenagers enjoyed a kayaking trip for 3hrs along the river from kesh to lough Erne. Thanks to Mark and Chris for making it enjoyable and for giving us entertainment on the lough!!!! Some things happen once in five years!!!!We had great fun and a memorable occasion was enjoyed by all. Highly recommended as a great activity for adults and teenagers

Our family drove up from Dublin to Kesh in Fermanagh to do the Halloween Paddle and it was well worth the journey. The kayaking aspect was a great team builder and appealed to both myself and my family. The journey was spectacular down the river and onto Lower Lough Erne with the sun going down and fireworks to be seen all around. The guys or Creeps created a great atmosphere with their masks on the whole way. Our guide also filled us in on local folklore and facts. When we arrived at the Crannog the place was set up with shelter and looked really cozy. The fire was lit and a fantastic meal was produced from Stew to Smores. After this we played traditional games which were good craic. The guys who were talented musicians played songs for us and it really was relaxing. Finally we set off Chinese Lanterns which drifted over the calm waters of Lower Lough Erne. They all made the experience so relaxing, magical and unforgettable. Can't wait to go back.

My brother and I done a canoe trip with 4 elements on Sept 11th 2011. we paddled 6 miles along a beautiful river with expert supervision and instruction. 4 elements provided us with modern boats and full safety equipment, a safety briefing and some basic instructions to start us off.Who would have thought that such an organised approach would be so much fun. It was a great opportunity to spend some time with the wee bro and also a truly enjoyable way to see the beauty that lies within the rivers and waterways of our home town, the 4 elements guys were also our personal tour guides offering local knowledge and history as we made our way down stream. There was a great spirit within the group with everyone looking out for each other and we met some great characters. We've just booked in for our second trip, were taking a couple of others with us this time because they heard us rave on about it for a couple of days and I suppose we wanted to make sure it would be safe for beginners. 4 elements mentor you throughout the trip, we felt safe and grew in our confidence as we traveled. If you are from Tyrone or the neighboring counties and want a different view, if you are a tourist visiting the area and you want to travel the unbeaten path in order to experience what the area really has to offer, then get in contact with Mark and he can make this happen for you. I plan on getting much more use out of this service now that I know how easy it is to organise and how thoroughly enjoyable it is to do.Thanks to Mark and John for a great day out!

8 freinds and I were brought to a remote part of Donegal, one of the most beautiful beaches i've ever been on. A small cove with high cliffs surrounding, huge sand dunes and the waves were comin crashing in. We were given wet suits, boyancy aids and helmets and we went into the ocean to meet the feirce waves head on. We then swam a little further out and were led up the cliff face, climbing right out of the sea. We climbed up and around a number of cliffs until we came to a large circle of rocks forming a sort of lagoon, I believe the locals call it the muder hole, quite scary indeed. one by one egged on and safely instructed by our guides we leapt from the rocks, at least 10 feet up into the murder hole, and then again from 20 feet, and then only the bravest of our group from 30 feet. And that was enough excitement for us for one day. We retreated back to the beach and made a BBQ and a fire in a large cave in the cliffs juct of the beach, guitars and all. which was the perfect end to a wonderful day. Defintately one of the most memorable experiences i'v had in ireland. Thanks to everyone from the four elements team for a brilliant day.
