We took a walk through Playa Lanzada when staying at a nearby hotel. It's a popular sandy beach with small dunes and stoney surroundings. Whole Lanzada area is quite windy so also lot of wind surfers can be spotted there. Good for sunbathing and seaside strolls.
The beach was clean and the sea calm, an ideal beach for children to swim as there are almost no waves. The water is cold, which is quite normal on this coast line! it was very clear and clean making it easier to see the schools of fish swimming by you in the water, awesome!I totally recommend this beach for families with children small or big, they will defintely enjoy themselves in the calm waters of Playa Lanzada.
The beautiful beaches and the long board walk areas, this area is a haven for wild life.Surfers can have a great time on the many beaches
Nature in pure condition. I liked the landscape and I did not like the asphalt raised together with the rotundas
The beach is lovely and clean, and midweek in early September was not busy at all. There is a complete lack of shade and whilst the toilets were open the only facilities are at either end of the beach, which means the car park in the center is a bad choice unless youy fance a long walk for a drink. Theres a surfing school at the left end of the berach and its quite busy there. Theres nothing wrong with the beach, but it was a bit disappointing given the reviews
this area around La Lanzada is really lovely. the beaches are great, good food, beautiful countryside. be sure to visit o grove and san vicente for food, sanxenxo for clubs.
with an old legend that saying that women in seek of getting pregnant fulfill their wishes by bathing in its waters. it is close to El Grove and La Toja. El Grove with great places to eat and La Toja, an island, with hotels, golf and luxury hotels, as well as some typical markets, worth to visit
Beach and water is super clean. The local surfers are nice and helpful. The local surf shop in O Grove is well stocked and helped us with all our surfing needs. Will definitely return here!!
Great beach, not overcrowded.Visit the beach side restaurants for a lovely lunch, and stay at Hotel Atlantico - it's nicer out of town,
