simon's - the elvis tribute bar

seen the elvis show advertised so decided to check it out there is limited amount of seating so unless your booked or very early you will not see the show its a good night out as the lad doing elvis is very good

obviously if you are an Elvis fan you are going to enjoy the Elvis Tribute nights,but my friend isn't particularly a big Elvis fan but she enjoyed every minute. Simon and his wife Josie are lovely people, great hosts, also the other bar staff, make you feel very welcome and their prices are amazingly reasonable to say all their entertainment is free of charge. Be warned though, they get very busy and you have to book on the Elvis nights. They also close for a couple of months July and August.

Fantastic entertainment. Not just with the Elvis Tribute nights but with the other entertainment as well. Simon, Josie and staff always make you feel welcome and bar prices are very competitive. It's nice to see people who have been there before that you meet up with again.

My mother is a great fan of Elvis so what a treat is was to go to the tribute bar and see the nearly real thing ELVIS. The staff are fabulous, welcoming and the atmosphere was amazing my mother cried with excitement, it really is an excellent bar!! We're going back to Malta in November and will be going back to the bar.

Simon & Josie made us feel really welcome. Drinks are nicely priced & the entertainment was fantastic we seen Elvis 2 times, Tina turner 2 times plus many many more and it's better because it's free admission and you can reserve tables for the night. What a welcome we got all staff are friendly including Paul . We just want to say thankyou for making our holiday fantastic, nothing was too much trouble

Took some visiting friends to see the show last night. What a fantastic night out. Free entrance, the drinks are well priced & the singer is amazing. It was so good we have booked to go back next week.

Just spent 4 weeks in Malta an simons bar is the best in Qawra, Simon an Josie alway make us feel welcome, they are so hard working, nothing is too much trouble.Entertainment is fantastic, from the brilliant elvis nights to Tina turner an Denis not forgetting chris's quiz an card bingo night, there is something for everyone to enjoy, can't believe all this entertainment is free, and drinks are very reasonably priced too, when you visit I guarantee you will want to return.

Well just return after two wonderful weeks in malta and yea back to the best pub and entertainment the host si and joise are the best you are make welcome every night and the entertainment great new act this time Tina Turner and motown singer great great you most go and see and if also the best Redent who plays elvis also the four piece band and Denise each night different but very enjoyable returning in April can't wait.

This was our first visit to Malta and we were so impressed with this bar. They went out of their way to ensure we had a good time as it was our honeymoon. Elvis was superb and a night we will never forget. Thank you simon & Josie... Truly lovely people. Hope to see you again.

Arrived back from Malta on 23/12 /14 after 4 weeks , Simon and Josy were the perfect hosts each night we went for drinks after dinner ,we would sit on bar stools each night and discuss the days news with Simon until it got busy and he had to start his nights work ,Josy took over and ran the bar very efficiently, no one had to wait , great service each night. It really is a must place to visit if your in the area, Thank you both for making our stay enjoyable, Maurice / Shirley

Was lucky to book a table for Hogmany at Simon and Josie's Elvis tribute bar this year. It was an amazing night. The atmosphere was electric !! Regardless of whether you were a couple or a group of friends, everyone mixed, danced, sang along to the band and had brought in 2015 in a happy, memorable way. Everyone was treated like "Royalty" by Simon, Josie, Nigel the barman, and their family. The tickets were only 23euros for an open bar with branded labels of drink, delicious home made finger food, and a four piece band from 8.30pm til 1.30 am. Never been to such a New Year party where you truly felt you were amongst long lost family and friends. Book now for next year to avoid disappointment as it was sold out this year!!! The other shows on in this venue each night are equally as fantastic..... Especially the Elvis shows on mon and Fri. "Redent" the Elvis impersonator has the voice of a world class performer in league with many famous tenors, such as The Great Caruso or Pavarotti!! His rendition of "Nesum Dorma" got him a well deserved standing ovation, never mind his note perfect tone when singing his Elvis songs!! This lad is now in the final 3for the Maltese Elvis Competition currently running, and it will be a true injustice if he is not crowned "King of Malta" as the first prize is a trip to Memphis.

just arrived back to uk after 7 nights,brilliant time with family especially with my 10 year granddaughter who loved every minute at simon and josies. they are very helpful and kind people.great entertainment on most nights especially when elvis tribute is on.AS regards to prices you do pay that little extra but hey lets face it. its free entertainment and cheaper than uk.certainly be back 2015

Went with our friends, loved every minute. Simon and Josie made us welcome. Ensure you book seats to avoid disappointment. I will go again.

If you go to Malta you must go here. Elvis tribute is outstanding! If I was staying longer would have gone again. Very popular so advisable to book

Having travelled a lot of the world and sampled some of the so called hot spots for night life suitable for all ages ,I have yet to find anything that comes close to the welcome you get when you enter the Elvis Tribute Bar. Simon and Josie are your hosts, and as always nothing is to much trouble, in fact they go out of their way to make your visit as memorable as possible. the prices at the bar are reasonable, personally I think that they are very cheap considering the entertainment (free every night) and standard of service you get. Whether you are an Elvis fan or not, the range of nightly entertainment has something to suit everyone's taste. The entertainment is in a separate room to the bar and every one is seated. There is an outside covered seating area for smokers or if you would like just to sit end enjoy the evenings air with a drink or two. There are many pubs and bars on the island of Malta many of which offer some sort of entertainment on a nightly basis but believe me Simons is top of the list for all round service and entertainment..
