high noon indoor shooting range

An old friend and I met at the range.They have a pretty nice variety of pistols that are for rent. I rented a model that I was interested in purchasing.It's a good range, with no "cowboying" allowed.

I signed up at High Noon in order to obtain my AZ CCW permit. After obtaining the permit I signed up for an advanced, two day, shooting course. The instruction was very informative, hands on, safety oriented and fun. At the end of two days, I felt I had improved my skills and gave me positive reinforcement with regard to my abilities. It is obvious that the instructor(s) have real world experience and they are able to share in a very comfortable way. I would recommend the Insight Training to anyone interested in becoming a safe, skilled and capable gun owner. I would have given the facility another star, and I will as soon, as the much over do remodel is completed.

This is a great place to spend a couple of hundred rounds. There are 12 shooting lanes so you probably won't have to wait to shoot. My husband and I found the staff very knowledgable and helpful. There was none of the good-old-boy-we-know-more-than you do attitude, just a genuine desire to help us. I'm a big fan of indoor ranges, not only because I can shoot regardless of what the weather is doing, but I'm lazy and I like pushing the little button up to check out my target. High Noon offers a Ladies' Night where women can use the lanes for free, weekly shooting matches, classes and much more. If you'd like to try shooting, but don't have your own gun they have them to rent while you're there.All that and the restroom was clean too!

The gun store, however, isn't worth the trip. Selection is limited. Prices are certainly not great. And the staff is, well...
