grafton visitor's center

Do stop it is very informative and interesting. The drive from Alton,IL to Grafton is great for watching spring eagles gathered on the river.

Great place to take kids and teach them about the outdoors. Freindly staff, clean facilities, and plety of things to do in the area.

We love to ride the motorcycles up the Great River Road. Stop in the Center and they will help you find what ever you may be looking for. Very Nice People

Stopped in a talked to an elderly man that grew up in town and seemed to remember everything. He was really interesting and told us a lot about the history of the area.

As many times as I have driven the River Road I never stopped at the Visitor Center. There were interesting displays and various information about the town.
