the houses are five yards off the fairway! This course is no fun to play and you are either in the fairway or OB. Not worth it.

I live here, am a club member and the new Chefs meals are delicious. Nice to see the club filled with guests enjoying his meals.

Tried the two for. 22.00 plus tip and tax. 1 wine 6 glass of wine. 36.00. Lengui with shrimp, nice presentation. But no flavor. We were not offered cheese. There was no bread served. The 1 shared appetizer was flat bread with chicken buffalo sauce, and real blue cheese, we were not told contents so my guest could not eat it. It was very salty. I am not sure our server was well versed in the business. There was a few choices on the menu I would be more inclined to try. The chef is restricted by the main office club corp. He is talented, but its a very competitive business now.

The course is always in nice shape. I have put on fund raising golf torments here for several years. The facility works great for events. Catering has always been good. Jeff and his crew at the golf course are great to work with very helpful.

I have to say that I had planned to get married here and I am deeply disappointed by the customer service given by Lynn. I had some unforseen things come that made it not possible for me to throw my wedding, I gave them 5 months notice and asked to please be refunded back the $500 that I gave to save my date and was informed that they will not give me back the money because of the contract, which I understand but I still know that it was more than enough time to book that day for another customer and we had not even sat to plan anything. To me that was greedy of them. And to top it off they tell me that if I decide to come back and book a day that they will give me a complimentary champaign toast....that would not be complimentary because they kept my $500. I hope this review helps others decide to not book here. There are many other nice country clubs out there. They will not refund your money if something that you have no control over happens. Greedy and selfish business.

Played here on way from Orlando to NE Florida, only 1 hour north of Orlando. Very nice course, friendly staff and, unlike Orlando, a round of golf in less than 4 hours for a mixed four ball. Some new patches on some of the greens while we were there but overall they were reasonably paced and in good condition. Bunkers with raked sand which was nice and also nice changes in elevation. Not much water in comparison with many Florida courses but enough and a number of good looking holes. Maybe too many par 4's dogleg to the right so a bit "samey" but that's being a bit picky.Would go back and the sort of place that I would be a member if I lived over here

DeBary always has been a great place to play golf. It is semi-private and open to the public. They renovated the clubhouse grille room in October 2013. If you want a nice place to golf, dine, and enjoy the company of your friends, DeBary is it. When we joined DeBary we were granted access over 200 upscale affiliate country clubs across the United States and Canada. During the summer we have traveled to several of these country clubs (mostly private) and used their facilities (golf, tennis, swimming, fitness, dining). There is a slight charge for using these clubs, but it is almost nothing compared to the value obtained.In addition to the affiliate country clubs, we were given access to upscale dinner clubs located in almost every major city across the country. We eat for FREE at these dinner clubs. The only thing we have to pay for is alcohol, tax and gratuity. The food is absolutely free and we order from the same menu as the paying customers. Hard to believe, but it is true.We love golfing at new and different clubs as we travel across the country. When we joined DeBary we did not realize that we were going to get all of these extra benefits. DeBary is not your average country club, it is a very unique value. Most people we tell about this, just scratch their head and say, wow, are you sure. Sounds hard to believe.

We happen to live in this community and where members of the country club. We didn't feel like we were getting much out of our membership so we dropped. The restaurant food is average at best. And we tried ALL events and specials and times of day. Just seems like it could be so much more than what it is. This town needs an upscale, nice restaurant - a "destination restaurant". The views are wonderful. Service can be sketchy at times. Would love to see it become more than it is and offer members more than 10% off their meals. There are coupons around various community publications that will give you a better discount than a members discount. That just doesn't seem right.

My boyfriend and I went to wedding here. The staff was amazing and the food was excellent! They did a phenominal job on everything! Although, we did not have time to play golf, the grounds were neatly kept and maintained!

As a small town, Debary, Florida does not offer a grand amount of scenic adventures nor does it offer a vast amount of restaurants and shops. If one is looking for a beautiful golf course with lots of grand scenery, then Debary CC is the place to go. With 6 excellent tennis courts and a nice dining experience, Debary's golf course can only add to the beauty of visiting this Country Club.

Golf course is in really good condition we watch them work on it all the time keeping up the greens and fairways. this course plays pretty easy no major water hazards or large par 5's. Also very forgiving for the ladies in your group. The restaurant is excellent and they always have special events going on for the holidays. I don't think you can go wrong the food and atmosphere here are both very pleasant. The monte cristo is really rich but OMG its good

Nice course but the clubhouse needs some work. Seems like it has been upgraded since about 20 years ago. Clean but old.

I have been to DeBary Golf & Country Club for a few different occassions. It offers a pleasant, up-scale environment with neighborly welcome!

Staff very helpful. Course needs water and tlc. Tees need watered. Greens look a bit distressed but putting not affected.

I played two weeks ago greens in great shape and fairway were over seaded and in very good shape. The whole staff was wonderful and very helpful. It is a must play in this area.
