hand and stone massage

Last Mother's Day my husband and other husband's sent us here for a mom's day out. I got a massage as did two other moms. One mom got a facial. This place has a nice lobby, but the rooms were more commercial. The massage was okay but not great. I think for spending money I'd rather go to the Aveda in Winter Park or to a hotel/privately owned massage place for a higher quality massage.

From the moment I walked in the door I felt relaxed! The front desk staff were so pleasant and made me feel at ease. My massage therapist was amazing! He knew all the right places and really got out those knots! I decided to join their membership program since it is month to month and I can cancel at any time. I can't wait to try a facial next time. I highly recommend this place to anyone who lives here or is just visiting! You won't be disappointed!!

I paid for an 80 min massage and got a 65 min. I was told they were very busy. They would not credit my account. I called when I got home and asked for a manager and was on hold for 20 min. and disconnected. It seems that Longwood is run VERY different then Lake Mary. They give you a small cup of tap water instead of a bottle of water. Many of their people are right out of school. The last time I'm going to Longwood Hand & Stone!!!!
