We had a rainy day so we decided to go to the movies. What was really nice is that there were no lines, no kids and probably twelve of us to watch the movie.. Back home the place would have been a mob.. Very Nice and Relaxing Time..
Local theatre with good customer service. Seating is old and outdate, smells old, yuk. Prices for tickets are average, and you will get nailed for the soda and pop corn. Its o.k. I would try Citrus Park instead if I had a choice, or AMC in Palm Harbor. Its o.k. but like I said, if time allows, I would go elsewhere. nothing special. Could use a sprucing up outside, and a parking lot resurface. you decide.
This is one of my favorite movie theatres in the Tampa Bay area. The sound and picture quality in all rooms are very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is always clean. Always a pleasant experience.
We went Christmas day to see Unbroken. It's a nice theater with very comfy rocker seats with high backs. Lots of leg room too. Only complaint is the same for all theaters. DON'T like sitting through bunches of commercials before the movie. I get that from TV, shouldn't have to in a theater. I go to less movies for that very reason.
needs some definite upgrades and new seating for it to be more than just average. I would go to another on if there was another to go to anywhere near but there isn't. now I know its not just this theatre but man 10.50 for a regular movie ticket is just crazy. I mean with the invention of blue ray and red box and Netflix you would think they would go down in price. im 25 about 7 years ago movies were about 8-9 bucks. and matinees were like 6 there matinee is 8.00 and a reg ticket non matinee is 10.50 making it like 11.50 I think for 3d that's just insane pricing
I feel that the price of popcorn and drinks is outrageous, more than the movie itself. The staff was pleasant and the seats comfortable.
Easy to find, well lit theatre with plenty of selections(18!) to choose from with plenty of parking. There is a huge sign visible from 19, and prices are comparable to most .
Seats were comfortable, good popcorn. Big theaters. Nothing negative to say except for the price of the popcorn!
This theater is a bit old and needs a uplift, staff was super friendly and nice. Needed a little clean.
We go here often, have the discount card where you rack up points to get free items or a free movie now and then. Clean theatre, never a problem so far with the sound, the movie, the seats or the food. Concession stand is expensive as in all movie theaters. Comfortable place to enjoy a movie. Some of the 18 theaters have new, more comfortable seats. Others have not been converted over yet, but still comfortable.
Just Saw The Jersey Boys and the place is great seat are comfortable and matinnee prices are greatMy wife and I have seen many movies there over the past 7 years and we have never been dissappointed
The theatre is average movie theatre with no matinee pricing. $10.50 for an afternoon movie was too high when the other theatres offer matinee pricing.
Just an average theatre, nothing special to write about... would go back, but would go someone else if close...
This theatre is ok. Nothing special, just ok. Could definitely use some upgrading. I especially dislike their captioning glasses for hearing impaired. There is just one word for it- awful! You can't move your head all, not even half an inch, or the captions roll up or down or off the screen. They are extremely uncomfortable. If any of the theatre owners took the time to test these out themselves, by sitting there watching a movie with the voice turned off and only reading captions thru these glasses, they would dump these! I am sure of it. They should follow Cobb Theaters in Countryside (Clearwater) and install caption devices that fit into cup holders. It is a 30 minute drive, but we prefer to go there for this reason, as do all of our friends.
Picture and sound quality are average, there are better more expensive places to go, it all depends on what you want, and how far you're willing to go!
