tasha tudor museum

We were on our way to take a tour of the Tudor homestead and stopped in for a visit at the small museum. This was a total joy for our wives! They had some very nice things, most of the books, some good artifacts like dresses, a hand made goat and other things made by Tasha Tudor. The staff was excellent, serving tea, talking about the things and being genuinly excited about Tasha Tudor and her life. Every fan must make the stop!

It was small, but quaint. We watched a video of her life and had tea. They have a few items from her home and a gift shop where we did purchase a few items.

This great little museum is a must see for Tasha Tudor fans. You can also arrange to visit her house but the museum offers a great overview of her life. The curator that we met Crystal was delightful and she talks to us at length about Tasha and then we enjoyed a pot of Tasha Tudor's favorite tea. If you are a fan do not miss this wonderful experience.
