kamp kill kare state park

Well they are all pretty good but this is one of my favorites. Big lawns, big lake frontage. Its at the end of a point so no traffic. Absolutely gorgeous!

Kamp Kill Kare is just a wonderful place to spend a day. Bring a fishing pole, a kayak (or rent one there), a picnic, a frisbee, and friends. The view is magnificent, and the park is rarely crowded. Sadly, Lake Champlain has suffered from water quality issues, and the swimming can be "iffy" depending on the water conditions. Avoid the water if it looks like there is algae, but otherwise, it's wonderful!
