I read your response to visiting our business and was very surprised by it as it is the first negative response we have received since opening last April. Hundreds and hundreds of visitors have loved it and praised us for it and we do work very hard to give our guest a great, memorable experience. I am sorry you were disappointed. Your comments were very vague. Could you please tell us what it is that you didn't like? Please give some details. Who was your tour guide? (just describe what they looked like).We are constantly looking to improve what we have to offer. As example, we are opening up our Chocolate Cafe' in March 2015 and will be adding an additional 700sf of display space to our current tour in a few months. You said the tour should be "free". That is unrealistic to say a business should not generate income to pay its employees, pay taxes, insurance, utilities, etc. I doubt you would work everyday for an employer and not get paid. That would not be realistic.You mentioned we had a few "trinkets" for sale in our gift shop. That is a bit of an understatement. True, we do have some small items from as little as 50 cents to many under $20, but by and far we are an art gallery with high quality items by local and national artists ranging from a modest price to up in the thousands. We carry unique, one-of-a-kind products you can't find in the big box stores and are very proud of what we have to offer, both in our gift shop and on our tours. I don't know what your expectations were, but we offer everything we say we do. The tour is a quality experience for all, from children to adults and the hundreds and hundreds of written testimonials of how much everyone loves what we have done says that it is very much worth it. And it will get only better as we put every penny we receive back into the business for constant improvement for a better experience for all.
