I really was looking forward to visiting JAFB My wife and I were to be in area for a group get together. I collect beer memorabilia and can't wait to find a new micro brewery. I convinced every couple to start at JAFB. My wife and I arrived earlier than all the other couples. When we arrived approximately around 3:330 on Saturday 2/21/15 there was only 8 people in brewery. Walked in saw nice motif with log tables and benches saw the shirts on wall thought I might add to my collection. Wow, and this is were it went all wrong. Wife sat down, said you know I like wheat beers surprise me. I walked up to bar checked out selection , girl behind bar said I be with you in a minute. Okay, once again checked out beer selection found what wife would like figured id try cubano brown ale. Once again checked out shirts on wall, Thought about taking home growler if beer was good. After watching girl behind bar wait on everyone with there second, third i'm not sure round(once again i'll say there was only 8 people in building ) and ignoring my wife and I, I was getting a different opinion of brewery. Now after bar maid had set everyone with a drink already I thought she would finally get over to me (once again I will say there were only 8 people in brewery). I was wrong new guy walked into bar (and this is singular) 1 guy walked into bar. Now at this point I have been waiting at bar more than ten Minutes with ( once again I will remind you with eight people in Brewery to even get a beer). Lets ask ourselves what did barmaid do serve customer waiting more than 10 minutes, do nothing or, pay absolute attention to new customer. Well lets answer that bar maid not only paid all attention to new customer but ran outside of bar and hugged him. Now I get she was congratulating him on having a child and spent the next 5 minutes talking to him on the other side of the bar, but this is personal to them has no place when you are waiting on people. Now this may seem cold on my part. The bar maid then proceeded to tell him let me get you a free round, After waiting more than 20 minutes( and once again I will say their was only 8 people in brewery) this was the last straw. I am really disappointed I can't say how good the beer is I can say service rates a zero I truly wish there was something less than a zero. Needless to say we left, called the 20 other couples and went elsewhere. Truly a disappointing visit I won't return

We tried the cream ale and the ESB and enjoyed both. Although the ESB was darker then usual it still tasted great. Bathrooms were very clean. The bartenders were friendly and attentive. Great place to relax and watch the game on the big screen.

JAFB Wooster Brewery is a nice place to get a beer. It's a good place to go with friends although I ended up going by myself. The staff is very helpful. I ended up having the stout here, which was pretty good. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a glass of good beer.

They have a wide variety of really good beer. They don't serve food, but you are welcome to bring in your own food. It is a good place to meet up with friends and have a good beer. I have no problem taking our 16 yr old son here. It is a good clean, friendly place.

Bring your own food or call for delivery, order a brew, sit at one of their large tables and let the fun begin! Beers we great from ales to porters and since we were there with family from Woo...they told us what JAFB means! We we here prior to students being back on campus
