The Valentine is a beautiful facility. Located in Downtown Toledo. There is a parking lot across the street, that you have to pay to park, but it is convenient.

Its one down fall is shear size.. Just to small to be grand. Quaint, fresh, historic, charming, all great things.. A great place to see a play, just not big enough to bring in bigger acts..Truly a Toledo gem, so glad they restored a rusting away icon

Always one of Toledo's gems, so glad they renovated it to keep the tradition going. Love the old movie nights. Beautiful setting for a pleasant outing.

The Valentine Theatre is a beautiful place to go in downtown Toledo. The smaller size of the auditorium allows everyone to have a great seat. The schedule at The Valentine has something for everyone including classic movies at a small price, and productions for children. A large parking lot is just across the street and easily accessible.

This vibrant, beautiful setting for the performing arts has a fantastic mural of great performers who have graced it's stage. Arrive early to view this gargantuan painting and pick out your favorite stars of yesteryear. The Valentine is far superior to the Stranahan in the quality of its seating and every seat has an excellent view of the stage.

This is a beautiful and historic theater, without a bad seat in the house. Been to three shows here, and a wedding, and the building continues to amaze me!

Completely remodeled Show Place Movie Theater. Must see Mural commissioned to be painted by Local artist, Paul Geiger, feathering many Stars that once preformed there. Today you can see old movie's at a reasonable price along with Jazz Bands. Check schedule for activities. (

My husband and I recently visited the theater for a comedy show. The theater is very old, but has been completely renovated. It's beautiful inside and not very large so there really is not a bad seat in the place. If you've never been there and you love the old style theatres, you really should check this one out!

The facility is beautiful and the high quality performances range from opera to comedy to jazz to classic movies, and more. The size creates a much more personal experience than larger theaters. Another great community resource for Toledo.

The Valentine is host to the Toledo Opera and numerous other artistic events for adults and kids alike. There are no bad seats! The Opera scrolls an English translation below the performance in a way that enhances, but does not distract from the performance. Frankly, it' perfect! The Valentine is located right downtown Toledo, just a block from One Seagate Center. Lots of parking nearby and if you're looking for a fine dining venue nearby, try Georgio's. It's right next door!

Took my Goddaughter to see Its a Wonderful Life at the Valentine. Had a great time. Haven't been there since I was a kid. Its really nice. Cost $5 to get in and they had adult beverages to drink at intermission. Wonderful to see classic movies on the big screen.

I love the look of this theatre. It has so much class & old time elegance and it is so small and quaint. It is very much worth getting dressed up for to see a show there. Even though the downtown area doesn't look it. This theatre is in a very nice area

It doesn't matter where you sit--you'll have a good seat! The place is clean and comfortable. It's the perfect place to enjoy an historic venue and still have every convinience that you need.

The Best theater in town!!! The Valentine is a great place for events of all sorts! Anything from weddings, to school shows, to plays, to important events! I have been to several events here at the valentine theater, and not one has had a single error, always good drinks and service. If you are looking to plan an event here there are amazing people who help organize events! as well as that, the valentine theater has many AMAZING shows!! If you are seeing a show you will never be bored, the theater is BEAUTIFUL, with comfy seats!! if you are in to this sort of thing, then i definitely would suggest the valentine!!!!!!!!!

The theatre has a variety of shows available for all tastes. It is a fun time for everyone and the Christmas shows are very entertaining for the children and adults also. The performers for the various shows are so talented and always seem to be at the top of their game for all the shows that I have seen.
