This was a total mind, body and soul experience. The spa environment is very comfortable and welcoming. All the staff were very friendly and professional. I had never experienced anything like this and will be booking again asap! The practitioners massaged is choreographed to the music which is tied into the sound technology beds. Amazing and hard to explain. The warm shea butter massage just chilled me into a deep relaxation mode, dead sea salts added and then hot steamy towels....BOOM! I was gone! The After the session was over I joined 2 other ladies (they had been there 6 times before) for spiced tea, chocolate covered strawberries and brownies at the kitchen bar. It doesn't stop after you leave. Relaxed! The shea butter and dead sea salt exfoliation made my skin soooo smooth and soft (gee husband noticed). Shea butter head massage was beyond belief and guess what .... great for my hair!

Book early for this fantastic spot. Its a home that has transformed its self into a classy spa. The 90- minute massages cover you form heads to toe in hot melted shae butter. It is truly wonderful! After the massage you are give slippers (mine were green frog slippers) and a robe. Then served a warm tea, water and homemade sweets. (chocolate covered strawberrys, brownies etc.) Don't miss this jewel. They also have a couples room.

We were in Broken Bow for a bachelorette weekend and decided to spend our afternoon here. I was expecting a normal massage, and although it was far from that, I wasn't disappointed. The beds were incredible...definitely the best part!!! I would have preferred less attention on the head/hair area and more on the back. Next time, I would ask to skip on the Shea butter hair treatment and spend more time elsewhere. All of the staff were super friendly and asked if there was anything you specifically wanted. The chocolate covered strawberries were yummy! I would love to come back with my husband, but $150 per person is a little steep in my opinion. Lovely place and very relaxing, great experience for special occasions.

This past week my boyfriend and I visited Broken Bow and after reading the reviews Body Harmony seemed like a must, and boy was it ever. We enjoyed our stay with Body Harmony so much. From the moment we walked in we felt so welcomed. We never felt rushed and hurried. The beds are extremely comfortable and the shea butter and dead sea salts are an experience like never before. I will say the experience is more about relaxation than your regular massage. But it's such a different experince that everyone must try if in Broken Bow. I also really enjoyed the sound technology beds. It's as if you become one with the music. If we go back to Broken Bow we will definitely be visiting Body Harmony again.

I visited BH as a gift from a friend. I was nervous at first because they say "youve never done this before". I have read reviews that say your time starts when you accept your beverage..this however is not true. You are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to be taken on a tour of the facility. I enjoyed the tour and the staff was very informative. My time actually started when the practitioner started my session. The session lasted 70 minutes with the remaining 20 being for my delicious snack and my beverage of choice Chia Tea. I was so relaxed and so impressed that we decided to stay another night in our cabin and drive home the next day! I will be back and I will be bringing my friends! If yoou go to Broken Bow do your self a favor and go to BH. You wont regret it!

Such an awesome experience! I have never been so relaxed. This was a gift from a friend who knew the stress I have been under and it was a BLESSING to meet my massage therapist, she was so friendly and can work wonders with her hands! Definitely an experience worth repeating again and again.

We got the couples massage. Shea butter and dead sea salt exfoliation. Awesome experience. Very professional staff. As refreshed as I have felt in quite awhile.

If you go the Broken Bow or Beavers Bend on vacation without going to the Body Harmony Day Spa ypou are missing OUT!!! I took my family to Broken Bow ror the first time in June 2013 and looked online and found this place. I would drive half a day just to go back to the spa!! AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!! Im going back this weekend and I've already made my reservations!!

I came here with a friend this past Friday afternoon. We totally did not know what to expect. Their website is informative, but that being said, we were still not sure what we were getting into by going here. Coming from Dallas, and going to Spas while in town and on vacation- this was a change. The place itself is kinda in a sketchy area, but nice enough once you get in there. I have not often driven through an RV campground parking lot to get to a spa. It is in what looks to be a redone home. Once inside it is cozy and peaceful. My friend and I did our treatment at the same time (which was not weird) and I think were the only ones in there. Like other reviewers have said- you are not going here for a deep tissue massage or getting any kinks out. You are going for a purely relaxing body treatment. Hot Shea Oil and a salt scrub. My skin did feel amazing after. My other real negative point... even with the instructions they gave us- it was B---- to get the Shea out of my hair. The soft water in Broken Bow did not help either. I also felt like it took a few days for my hair to get back to normal for me. That being said- the ladies there are very nice. Very welcoming--- The price point is very comparable to many high end spas I have been to for a 90 minute treatment. The beds were awesome and I liked that we could pick out our treatment music prior to going. Worth checking out ---

My wife & cousin did the 90 minute treatment and were very impressed - they are both flight attendants and have seen a lot of places and came away with a delightful experience. I stuck my head in to check it out and the staff was very friendly and the place was very quaint. I would recommend every husband encourage their wife to have the pampering of this spa.

The body harmony day spa was a great relaxing time! The staff was very nice and attentive, and they really do make it all about you. I would say if you're sore and looking for some kinks and knots to be worked out ... This is not that kind of massage. If you're looking for ultimate relaxation and pampering ... This is it! I would highly recommend going here.

Best time ever. I loved it. Even though I was pregnant and couldn't do the full intensity of the message it was still awesome. The staff is wonderful. And Oh and make sure you do the lunch its great. I can't wait to go back. I tell every one about it.

This is the most unique experience at a spa I have ever had! From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you step out! Beautiful atmosphere and the most relaxing and soothing touch you could ever imagine. I didn't want it to end. I will definitely be visiting again.

We made an appointment for a massage at "Body Harmony Day Spa & Massage" (580-584-6339; bodyharmony@nts-online.net) after a day of kayaking down the river. We thought we were going for a massage, much to our surprise, it was so much more! Body Harmony is a very special place to lay back, relax and forget everything else!They use warm Shea Butter, Dead Sea Salt and lots and lots of warm towels, which engulf your body from head to toe. What a wonderful experience this was! I had reservations at first because it was 100+ degrees outside and all this warm stuff didn't particularly sound appealing, but once it all got started.... OMG! Forgot all about the 100+ temps and everything else.
