the seating for sucks concerts it was warm inside. line entering the venue took a long to and it was very hard to see our seats.

We have been to many concerts here and we love the acts they book. We do wish the seats were at an incline so viewing is easier and that the seats were farther apart. It's not unusual to be elbowed and rub thighs with or be sat on by strangers sitting next to us, and one can't stretch one's legs out very far for a 2-3 hour show. The staff here are very efficient, and the only exception is a woman yelling in my ear a couple of times as she walked through the t-shirt line, to keep the aisle entry clear so concert goers could come through. This would not have been a problem if they had more than one line (and more people selling) for t-shirts and other memorabilia to help move things along. Thankfully, my love of music outweighs any discomfort or inconvenience, though...we have seen some legends here and plan to visit to see a few more!

Went to the Santana Concert. Banquet chairs stuffed together on a flat floor. Everyone was practically sitting hip to hip. Can't see the stage from the second section, got to listen to Santana and look at the back of the guys head in front of me

Attended the Santana concert. The concert was excellent. There were 3 large monitors which made it easy to see what was going on. Our seats were in the "A" section so we had good seats. The really only negative comment I have about the venue is the seats are really close together. They have a nice amount of leg room, though. We were in the middle of the row so the leg room was nice when others were getting in and out of their seats to get drinks, etc. If you sit by a large person, you're not going to be happy though.
