summerfield golf & country club

Summer field is an inexpensive, short little course that was probably designed for the retirement community that surrounds it. It's fun but not challenging - meant to be enjoyed in leisure. A nice day - very reasonably priced, nice golf shop with some good golf clothes, at good prices.

Welcoming environment ! Manicured and beautiful to play on. Not expensive. Meet nice people to play with! Wonderful pro-shop and friendly golf pro. There are lessons available and though it is part of a retirement community, it is open to the public!

I grew up playing this course and the last time I was in town I decided to play it for old times sake. It is still a nice little course and some holes are still pretty difficult. The fairways are on the narrow side so be prepared. The whole course was in great shape as well.

It is a cute little narrow golf course. I'm not an awesome golfer so I was a little worried when I would swing that I might hit a house. The people there are very nice.

This course offers an interesting mix of tight and open fairways. Water hazards placed in areas which challenge your club selection. Green are firm but well maintained as are the sand traps. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

We were surprised that the course was so nice and well maintained. The fairways were narrow, but the course was lovely and offered interesting challenges along the way!
