Kind of a disappointing day at what must have been at one time a real treat to play.It seems to me that their web site needs updating as it misleads and the course need attention because it could be great. We will check in again when we are in Vegas but with more savvy next time. Take to heart the comments and make some improvements cause we'd like to comeback.

I hadn't played Aliante in a few years & I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't as bad as I remembered. The staff was friendly, the course played quick, the biggest negative are the greens. We'll just say the ball doesn't run smooth but it hops from the bumps. Overall it's not a bad course for locals, as it's not bad for the price.

Staff was very helpfull. Our starter Greg was so nice preparing us for our round. Course in excellent condition.

Stayed at the hotel so I was able to just walk across the street. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Asked me if I wanted to go out early since I was a single. Course to me was in great shape and for the money I thought it was a great deal. The course as mentioned before was pretty straight as long as you hit the ball that way. What I found disturbing was how many people living along the course we're waiting for you to look for your drive if it was hit down the edge. Many houses had holes in their stucco from errant drives. I guess if you are going to live on a fairway you have to expect being hit. The roughs were unplayable because of the rocks used for ground cover. I would play it again in a heartbeat. This time with the knowledge it would be easier. After 12:30 for 45.00 dollars is a steal.

Aliante is located inside a Sun City retirement community and the golf course is well-suited to older people. It is simple and straight forward. There aren't too many complicated or tough holes. The conditioning was fine, so I'm not sure why some of the other reviewers were so harsh, but the course is just a bit bland and unexciting.

Course is in poor to average condition with the greens so patchy they look like they have a bad case of psoriasis. Starters were great and friendly; clubhouse staff was clueless. But in the end, how can it be a bad day if you are playing golf!

this used to be a great course, beautiful and plus just like in the pictures....when we shoed up to play on Thursday morning I was shocked. Everything is dead, fairways hard as a rock, greens full of fungus and crabgrass. What a shame, honestly the worst course i have played in the last 5 months and its actually spring and most courses look better than they have all winter. this course is being managed horribly and I would definitely recommend no one waste your gas or money playing in this Cow Pasture as the previous guy said.

I bought a home on this golf course 7 years ago. It was beautiful just like the pics they show. I play 2 or 3 times a week, but not here any more! I look out from my patio in the morning and expect to see cows any minute! The rough used to be lush and green. Now its so dead and thin its turning to just dirt. The fairways are mowed to short and are very hard. The greens, well that's another story. Shouldn't they be green and lush and true? Forgetaboutit! It takes seed and water to maintain a golf course right? Since Troon took this golf course over 1 year ago it has taken a nose dive. Even the grill went down hill. Over priced low quality! Painted desert is my home course now, its everything I moved here for. Don't waste your money or time to play here.

This is a fun golf course, not overly challenging. I played during dormant season so it isnt as pretty as it could be but I still enjoyed the course.

Played this course with friends in November and had no problems with slow play. We found the course in good shape, and the clubhouse was very nice. North LV is really not that far, so get yourself there and have a good time. The staff was helpful, and the fairways are generous. The greens are fast but true, and we enjoyed our day immensely.

Aliante was my third course I visited while in Vegas and I expected slow play just like the other courses but this was ridiculous!!!I arrived and walked my clubs up as there was no one around? Went into the pro shop and just found the young girl not very friendly - can't put a certain thing to it but just did not feel welcomed. Just for reference I got some hot deals on Silverstone and Painted Desert for $35.00 and $39.00 respectively. I paid $79.00 for this round.I was solo and got teamed with two other solos - gentleman and lady. Both were very nice and I enjoyed playing with the both of them. I mentioned on my other reviews that I am not a very good golfer - meaning that my average score is probably in the low 90"s and if things are going good I can shoot in the mid to upper 80's. So far my games in Vegas were horrible and was not a true testament of my golf ability - not sure if it was the slow play and getting frustrated or what? Anyway, this course was brutal for slow play..we finally finished the front 9 waiting on every hole and no marshal in site. We then pulled up to the 10 tee and now were behind a group of 3 who let a group of 4 just tee off????? I clearly understand that everybody starts somewhere in learning how to golf but now these guys were in Jeans etc., and teeing off from the back tee's !!! As I mentioned I was not playing very well but I know when it is time to pick up my ball and move one.......So here we were sitting on the 10th tee waiting for two groups. The more I sat there the more frustrated I got as I had no interest in playing a 6+ hour game. I apologized to the two other people I was playing with the unloaded my clubs and walked back to the clubhouse.I went into the pro shop and explained my frustration as to why there can't be someone out there moving these groups along. I didn't get much of a response. I said I am leaving and it would be nice if the course could comp me a beer at least before I leave. The reply was no we can't do that but we can give you a raincheck!!!!!!Seriously - why would I come back and go through this gong show again. I can't believe I wasted my time spending $79.00 and driving all the way down there from the strip.

Welcoming staff and a very playable course. Got us out early and treated us right. Great mountain views!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our golf game at Aliante Golf Club. They partnered us with two of the members who shared their knowledge of the course and made us feel right at home. The course presented numerous challenges for the serious golfer like my husband but was also user friendly for golfers like me who enjoy the exercise and the scenery. It took us about 4&1/2 hours to play 18 holes and although it was busy, we never felt like we were being pushed. It was about 30 min. from our hotel on The Strip but the directions made it easy to find and it was worth the drive. We'll play there again next time we're in Vegas.

The course layout is pretty basic, but there are some good challenges with lots of sand traps and other features. Took us 4 hours 30 minutes to play a full 18, but with the layout you never get the idea that the course is busy, even though when we played it was full. Lots of sun so you could play it early in the morning if it's hot weather. The course is young and the greens are fast (seems suitable for Vegas!), but it's well worth the trip. The rental clubs are a bit old, but the service is fantastic. Takes about 25 minutes to drive from the strip (we drove from ARIA), not much to see on the way but there are some basic services/restaurants very close to the club. Great views of the mountains from nearly every hole. Always has houses on either side of the fairway.
