nebraska firefighters museum

If you have anyone who gets into fire trucks in your family or has served as a firefighter, this museum is a must. Located right off the interstate next to the Great Platte River Road Archway, it is really convenient and a cool place to stop.

I have no interest in fire engines or fire fighting but found this place strangely engaging.The simplicity of the exhibits makes them more accessible and therefore more meaningful

Loved it! Very interesting and well displayed! Admission fee was affordable. Great family entertainment!

If you like fire trucks then this is the place for you. This is an all volunteer fire department museum. Very we'll put together and worth the small price of admission.

A very friendly short stop, and a good place to go if you are into antique fire engines and other fire fighting apparatus.

Items are well-displayed and maintained. Anyone interested in firefighting history should enjoy it. It is changing and will be enlarged over time.

I really enjoyed the museum. It had a lot of common sense information about how to prevent fires but sometimes we all forget some of this important information. As dry as a lot of this country is, it was a good reminder that the main reason for any fire is YOU. There were also quite a few firetrucks to look at. Remember Smokey the Bear--he is there.

The museum was great. Enjoyed the fire trucks and they change them every year. will go again on the next trip.
