Flood Park is old, but , a wonderful pace to hold parties and receptions, BBQ'S , etc. for adults and children. Built in the 1930's, It is situated on 21 flat acres, featuring many mature oak trees., tennis courts, volleyball courts, baseball field, horse shoe pit and pétanque court and children's play areas. The park is kept impeccably clean, including the bathrooms! There are picnic tables, BBQ'S, patios with coverings for shade. (Running water and electrical outlets, too.) The park ranger and his staff are friendly and very helpful!Last weekend I attended a 90th birthday party here. Going on at the same time were a Confirmation party, 1st Communion party, children's birthday party and a family picnic! Each group was assigned its own area. None of the groups over-lapped or got in each other's way! And, there was plenty of parking in for everyone!!Flood Park, 215 Bay Rd., is easily accessible from Hwy 101, taking the Willow Rd.
