The staff is terrible and the management is even worse! They screwed up our reservation, yet again! And refused to compensate for the inconvenience. Aside from the terrible staff, we were sent to a cold tub! I do not recommend this place to anyone. Oh, and by the way, I was informed that they only drain the tubs every 3 to 6 months. Good luck folks!

We stopped here on the way up to Wrightwood as the first surprise of our 1-year anniversary trip. We went at around 4pm, so we enjoyed half-off anniversary pricing. I added on the special package which included a Happy Anniversary balloon bouquet, a red rose, teddy bear, and sparking cider with champagne glasses. Additionally it is nice that they allow you to bring in your own food and drinks (as long as no glass), so we enjoyed some special chocolates and crackers we brought from home.Since the weather was in the mid-80s I was concerned that the water of the afternoon "cool tubs" could either be too cold or too warm, but it was perfect.I highly recommend paying the extra to upgrade to the deluxe tubs. We chose deluxe tub #18 and it was fantastic. Some of the other hot tubs we passed along the way (particularly the regular tubs) seemed to have limited privacy and not that great views), so I'm very happy that for our special occasion that we requested a deluxe tub and the best view possible. As for privacy, we were all set...there really was no way anyone could look in on us, so we were very comfortable in the romantic setting.The only issue that I would agree with is that the tubs are very chlorinated, so they could be bothersome for sensitive people. The smell was occasionally too much if we were seated in the area away from the outdoor opening. The views of the valley are also great, however they are partially obstructed by bars.So overall some complaints regarding the high chlorination and bars that somewhat obscure the views, however given the overall private, romantic, and relaxing setting, it is the best place I know of for an affordable hot-tub escape with a loved one.My wife and I hope to return in the future to watch a sunset and enjoy the nighttime view of the city.

I love this place. I've been here 3 times and every time has been great, especially when you come and get to enjoy watching the sunset! I'm sure you can get access to a hot tub anywhere, but coming here is a whole different experience. It's great for surprising your significant other, birthdays, a romantic getaway, groups... You can request for a radio & drinks (or bring your own). A little private room to yourself, your own hot tub and a spectacular view! The staff is wonderful here as well. Watch for coupons or special deals like their Happy Hours on their website.I highly recommend this place. Enjoy!

If you don't own your own hot tub - this is the way to go. You check in at the office and then are assigned to a hot tub room. The rooms are clean but not elaborate. Every tub has a beautiful view - so go at night and check out the light!

I took my wife there and got the rose and candle special. She just loved it. I can't say what happend. But just put it like this she LOVED the jets and I left seeing star. Good time in water sports.

It's a great idea!!!! If you are wanting to be alone in an atmospher promoting romance, this is the place. You are alone to each other 100% of the time. It was pricy!!! Had a few huge spiders trying to get in the water with us.

No better way to work away all your problems than a hot tub.Private tubs with nice views of the mountain sides, all you need is your bathing suit, they'll supply towels, and radio.Wedding parties are available, also a group tub if you want.

Went for three year anniversary and watched the sunset over the lake. So beautiful and romantic. They laid out rose petals and candles for us around the hot tub.

My husband and I were very pleased, very romantic. We went at sundown and the view is awesome. Right over the lake, lots of trees, pretty secluded. They provide towels and each room has a cd player. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The time we booked was what they call happy hour so it was half price, $29.00 for an hour. They do weddings and are doing some consturction that looks like it will be very special.
