nandi yoga

This was my first official yoga class and I don't think it can get any better! It was such an inviting and clean studio- made me feel right at home. There were two people at the desk and both were very welcoming and smiley. The beginners class was great, the instructor gave all different ways to do a certain move to accommodate everyone's flexibility. The place itself can be a little hard to find, but other than that GREAT GREAT GREAT! :)

A bit hard to find because they are on a side street close to the railroad tracks, which is a 1 way street. Worth finding them because the classes, instructors and venue are professional and top notch. We travel a lot and make a point of taking classes in new surroundings. Went there on 2 separate trips and would go again. BTW-if there's no street parking you will need change for the meter.

A wonderful local neighborhood yoga studio in San Mateo. A gem. Good people. Gorgeous practice rooms.
