Ok, so this winery is going to be very different than any other you have tried. The owner uses a very old world style to make his wines. No additives or other ingredients. His wine is pure andsimple done in a European way that is aged over time creating the best vino you can hope for. When you enter the tasting room Rich will be very vocal and proud of educating you about hisprocess and strategy in making his perfect wine. The end product is divine, as you will have nohangover or headaches from drinking Cantiga Wines. I speak from experience, as I have many years of trouble with migraines and red wine. Cantiga has offered me a new world, enjoying red wine with no bad effects. The experience you have here will leave you impressed with another spin on the making of wine. It is a learning experience along with much fun and scenic beauty. His vineyard is lovely with nice views from a wonderful outdoor patio. Rich will provide small food pairings that will help you understand what to eat with each type of wine he offers. This place is really a gem and should not be missed! You won't be disappointed and will hopefully become fans. A must do, so do not miss this wine stop!
