The venue was not up to par with what is expected from a proper venue. The grounds were un-kept, there were holes in the walls in the house, and there was 80's butt rock music being played by the neighbors during the entire ceremony. If you are going to open your gates up for a wedding - then you should at least take care of the place.

My daughter attended they week long horse day camp. It was awful. The girls sat around most if the day and we're not given the hour long lesson per day as advertised. Middle school girls ran the camp, spoke rudely to the girls and treated them like they were unhappy, underplayed babysitters. Horrible and expensive week long camp for my daughter. Owner was no where to be seen. Soooo disappointed. Was going to enroll my daughter in horse lessons but after this experience will go elsewhere.

Since enrolling my 9 year old granddaughter in horse riding lessons in October 2013, she has overcome many of her autistic traits. She is a high function autistic child in 3rd grade functioning academically at high 5th and 6th grade levels but her ability to interact with children her own age or adjust to new situations was causing her emotional stress to the point where she would have to wear silencers in the class room and be allowed to fore go recess and stay in with her teacher or go to the library to read. Since enrolling at Chastain Mist riding academy her instructors and leaders have helped build her confidence and self esteem to the point that she is now interacting with her classmates, no longer needs to wear silencers and even speaks up when spoken to and is also able to maintain eye contact, which, prior to her time with Chastain Mist eye contact was almost non existent. Thank you Misti and staff for your wonderful support and work you have done with my granddaughter you are truly amazing in your work with children.

I received a living social voucher for riding lessons at the Chastain Mist facility. I tried multiple times over a two month period to contact the owner Misti via both the phone number and email listed on the voucher and her website. He phone always went to voice mail and gave the message that the mailbox was full and could not accept more messages. All email went unanswered. I finally had to report her to living social as an unresponsive vendor.
