We visited Trophy Lakes today to see their first water festival and check out what the place is like. What a cool place!!! They teach all sorts of water sports here. There are cables to help train people, instead of just boats. We will definitely be back next year for the festival and be better prepared - chairs and bathing suits!!! There was about 8 food trucks, a DJ, bands, swimming area, chance to try kayaking, SUP and wake boarding for free - just get in line. They also have the coolest, best laid out disc golf course we've ever seen. I think we'll also be back when we have visitors that would like to try something new and exciting.

We just returned from our vacation on Kiawah Island. Just outside is Trophy lakes... What fun... Wake boarding, disc golf, paddleboarding etc. If you've got the yen... you will find lots of fun here. Add it to you list of activities while vacationing on Kiawah .

This is a great place for slalom skiing! If you aren't into skiing, there is a cable system for wakeboarding, learning to ski and other water sports. They also have a disc golf course. They have MasterCraft boats and your skiing will improve with the fantastic surroundings as the conditions are like no other

While we were in Charleston SC my daughter attended Trophy Lakes summer camp for one day. She had never been on a wakeboard. The camp instructor told her what to do and she was up on her first attempt to ride a wakeboard. They had fun play disc golf, riding kneeboard as well as play on a paddleboard. I did not give 5 stars because the cable did not work the whole time she was in camp. She had a great time overall.
