I might be biased but I have always loved BWW. I guess I come on great days though because Im not sure about other reviews talking about bad service. I always have pretty decent service. I also prefer the more bar-ish scene as opposed to the more restaurant vibe of ECW accross the street..but thats just my preference. Hickory lacks good bars so this is a place I can have a great dinner while also getting the bar scene Ive been wanting all week working 9-5.

Extremely rude wait staff and management. Dirty tables every where, said they would clean one off... waited 10 mins. Nothing. We sat down and they said you can't just seat yourself and had a major attitude. We complained as we walked out! DO NOT GO HERE!

Food was fair. Service was friendly but very incompetent. Took several minutes just to seat us with management and waitress looking right at us but socializing with each other. We should have left at that point. They got most of our order wrong and took a long time to replace with proper items. Even took a very long time to get check and pay. Something is wrong with this place...management. Manager came over to ask if everything was OK, gave no response to negative reply. Why even ask. These people need training!Went to a Buffalo Wild Wings in Columbia, SC. Wonderful, well managed positive experience. It's just sad when a good restaurant goes downhill when people don't care.

Typical chain food restaurant so you know what you're getting. The waitress took our order and we never saw her again. After someone else delivered our food, we're left w no napkins, no silverware, no plates. Ya kind of need these these things if you're sharing messy wings. We flagged down another waiter, which is never pleasant since it's not their table so they're put out. A manager came over and refilled our drinks. We asked if our waitress ended her shift and she said no. Then, our waitress came over and we asked for the check. She delivered it and disappeared. We're one of maybe five tables in the place, so not busy at all. Took another 15 minutes to flag someone down to find our waitress so we could pay. We hadn't been to this location in a year for this exact reason: sorry service. The kids love the food so we gave in. We won't be back. This is management's fault.

Bad service...unappealing food...I will avoid this one in the future. There are too many other good options in Hickory.

A menu for the entire family! Great wings, sandwiches, appetizers and more! The beer was ice cold & our waitress kept checking back for refills, napkins or anything else we might need. We certainly had great service and yummy food so we will certainly return!
