Shop with the locals! Why go to a "chain" when you can come to a very unique beach shop? They stock crazy stuff, nice, gifts, some "basic necessities" and have a great clothing shop upstairs! Shop locally owned!

We make it a point to visit Beach Mart every time we are in town to support the local small businesses. Great selection and even some high end flip flops, sunglasses and suits. They also offer a 10% discount on Saturday and Sunday for check in/out travelers.

Has things here can't find other places -- books on the history, very much an authentic beach shop with owner who appears to know lots about the area!

You will be surprised at the selection this beach mart has of quality clothing and shoes. I shop here every time I come to the beach and there sandal selection is awesome for the whole family

The Beach Mart is a must do simply because it's there. Best selection of Holden Beach Americana--postcards that actually show Holden Beach (unlike nearby Wings), Holden Beach Christmas ornaments, Holden Beach pennants. Good selection of beach toys for kids, hubby likes that they tend to have pirate T-shirts. Plenty of older items tucked away on the first floor shelves. 10% off Saturday and Sunday--but you have to ask for it. Steep climb to upstairs, which features floats, beachwear.

This old fashioned beach store has two levels and everything from the tackiest souvenirs to cutting edge beach clothing. 10% off on Saturday and Sunday. Open daily until 10pm. It's kind of a fusion of store and attraction.

We stop by the Beach Mart on a regular basis. They have a variety of everything at a fair price. Sometimes we just stop by and talk to the friends we have made their. It would not be right to go to Holden Beach and not stop in for a visit. Charlie and Bonnie
