I have followed this particular improv comedy troop since they performed on Washington Street in Green Bay. The host from my most recent visit was a holdover from those times. Having said that, I may contradict some of the other reviewers. Improv Comedy with an all-adult cast is not always family friendly (even if they are totally family friendly on the one occasion you saw them). Usually the first show of the night is safer for kids than the later show of the night. But these performers are adults, making up their jokes as they go. Sometimes they say dirty, morbid, controversial things. Not to mention this is audience-interactive, and sometimes audience members shout dirty things at the stage when asked for input. Having contradicted other reviewers on this point (I believe in honest expectations), let me agree with many reviewers on saying this is a great reason to go to De Pere. This is a well-established troop with a lot of high-energy performers. The more you go, the better acquainted you get with the show format and games, the more you will be able to participate, and the more fun you will have. However, if you drink, do not over do it and disrespect the performers. Also, avoid the mixed drinks. We had two and they were both awful (not bartenders fault, bad booze and bad recipes). Stick to wine and beer.

A nice version of Who's line is it anyway. The host was a bit corny, but most of the actors were hilarious and it was hard not to have a good time despite the very corny host. There was a bachelorette party there and they gave her special treatment which was nice to see.

If you like improv comedy, these people are the best around. They have also added music, stand-up comedy and special events to their roster. I would recommend it for a night out for anyone, especially since the comedy isn't vulgar.

This is improvisation so no show is ever the same but they are always funny and family friendly. They serve popcorn, soda, beer, wine, and mixed drinks. We went last night and almost didn't get in because we didn't have reservations. I heartily recommend supporting this local business and group of actors.

ComedyCity is a fun night out, especially for a group. It's improv comedy sort of like "Who's Line is it Anyway" - so it's never the same show twice. Two teams of three compete in a sports like setting and occasionally they involve an audience volunteer. We go quite a bit, and it's definitely more fun if the audience is into it and yelling out suggestions. It's also nice to have clean content that you can bring the parents or kids to as well. And, if you're there for the late Saturday show, there's usually a free late night show after that. Be aware that the content of the late shows isn't always family friendly.
