You should certainly stop at this beautifully-manicured park on a lake with a giant Northern (fish) sculpture, but you really have to visit the restrooms---you won't believe they are in a public park!

Beautiful park, nice bathrooms, docks, music on Sundays, swimming area...what more could you ask for?

Lots of parking, beautiful grass to kick off your shoes,a sandy beach to swim in a beauty of a Northwoods lake, a fishing pier by the dam where crappie and walleye hang out, nice bathrooms, docks for boats, and walking distance restaurants, groceries, gas, bank, lodging, & post office- plus Music on Sundays!

Just a super value for the town. Love it and the free movie rentals and great book selection. Friendly, helpful staff.

Sundays in the summer they hold concerts....great fun! Excellent for the community! The beach is perfect for kids and families or for docking you boat! It's close to the center of town so easy to catch good food or stop for a drink!Currently there are Porto-pottys but permanent bathrooms are coming soon!
