We were there 20 minutes and still had not ordered. When we arrived, we were told the outdoor seating was full, but a table that arrived after us and was seated inside by us was told by the same person that an outdoor table opened and seated them outside.

We had our first visit to Phillips and found this place in one of the magazines, we went because they offered outdoor dining. We came on Friday night and decided on the all you can eat fish fry and broasted chicken.They were both excellent!! The beer battered fish is probably the best I have ever had, and I have eaten a lot of fish fries! Service and view were excellent. Tip Duane a dollar or two and you will get a prime table by the lake, or not and you will still get one. Great evening we will be.back!

Located right on the lake, it features an outdoor volleyball court, bar, and large windows to take in the beauty of the lake. I've been there several times and the food is always good. Last time, I had the Caesar Salad with Salmon and would order it again in a heartbeat.
