I'm not a huge bar person but Toby's has one of the best beer selections around and on top of that, really good food. Their wings are some of the best I have ever had (seriously!) and people that go there are generally very friendly. Depending on when you go, it can get very crowded and hard to maneuver through but you are going to have that at any bar. Karaoke can become pretty loud at times but still fun.

Townies and students of all ages are welcome here. There are good bar food specials and fantastic beer specials. Weather alone or with friends you can hear some classic rock, enjoy a real burger and beer. It's the only place in downtown Clarion that offers pitchers of beer during ALF. When in Clarion for an evening it's a must stop.

Well we called and asked if they got the Big Ten Network and they said yes! So we stopped, had to walk past a large smoking group of bikers but found seats at the bar. This bar has a lot of character and has been well established for many years. Probably the biggest beer selection I have seen in any bar, BUT the beers were not very cold-dissapointed and so we did not stay long especially since they DID NOT have the Big Ten Network....I will say, we enjoyed the staff, they were very accommodating and had good personalities.
