We have been going to Gene's for years to get our pumpkins. Its a family operated farm just outside of Kalamazoo, MI. Everything including the farm house, barn, and even Gene's car is pumpkin colored or themed. Its a great place to pick out some pumpkins and get some fall photos of the family against a great autumn backdrop. The family does a great job with children as well as there are areas for them to play with and they interact well with younger customers when checking out. Most of the time Gene himself is out there in his Orange garb and is holding court with the customers. There are a handful of other items such as decorative corn, honey, and other fall items, but mostly pumpkins.
