the jam farm

The Jam Farm is a fruit farm out in the country, about 7 miles from downtown Ludington. Their products, Jam, Butters, Bread Mixes, Dip Mixes, Artisan Crafted Granolas, and dried fruit are one of the reasons to come visit. The other is the Jamlady and her husband the Jamdude. They will make you feel comfortable and at home on their farm. The Jamlady runs her licensed kitchen and will have samples of almost everything she makes for you to taste. She has 37 flavors of jam (at last count) all made from local ingredients. If you are interested in fresh fruit, just stop at their farm stand out front and pick your favorites. All from their farm. All reasonably priced. The farm stand is run on the honor system. They will let you walk around in the orchards, look in their 175 year old barns, etc. We will be coming back the next time we visit West Michigan!
