downeast lighthouse cruises

We contacted Jeff early in February on our preparations to NE and booked a lighthouse tour: we continued to email him to confirm our tour. When we arrived in CT we attempted to call him the day before our tour and got "voicemail box is full" and then we texted him. He had a recording to call Captain Kent for a lighthouse tour: we contacted Captain Kent and was told that "Jeff's boat isn't working". We talked with Jeff the following morning and "he would try to find someone to take us out". We did go with Captain Kent on his 23 foot boat for a 3 hour lighthouse tour and we were able to see the lighthouses. If interested his email is kentweaver@snet. There is no excuse that we were not notified of the boat issue. I hear Jeff is a really nice guy: he needs to be a better business man and follow through on people that were counting on him.
