charym

I have been to Charym many times and I find it to be such a special spot in the town of Litchfield. Wonderfully designed for a great yoga experience ---- thoughtfully created with special matts and blankets....lots of gray touches. I love working with Amy and her kundalini classes...she pushes us but, all never to the point where i feel like i might hurt myself.Always a very nice crowd -- considerate of others and friendy.I love my time there.

this is by far an oasis for yoga.....I find each time I go to a class the instructors are wonderful and I feel like am in another place. Great atmosphere, music and overall experience
