revolutions bowling and lounge

Let me say my family and friends enjoyed our first visit at Revolutions because we had a fun time together. The place is beautiful inside. Upscale lounge meets bowling BUT there were unattended children preschool-early elementary running through the place like crazy, literally hanging off the bar. Our server was great in keeping it under control in spite of weaving around them. We had to switch lanes at the beginning of our 2nd game because they forgot the two lanes were reserved. Not a problem... we moved and picked up the game where we left off. We bowled our 3rd game, headed to check out and that is when it got hinky. We had the displeasure of dealing with rude and confrontational front desk girl. There were 9 of us all together but each family/couple paid for themselves at the end. When I approached to pay for my family of 4, she informed me that 3 of us bowled 3 games and one of my children bowled 4. I explained there must be an error because we all bowled 3 together there was no extra. She told me her computer doesn't lie. I suggested perhaps there was an error when we were asked to switch lanes. I was then again told her computer never lies. So now I'm feeling as if the girl is implying I am the one lying, which was quite upsetting. After going back and forth she took the 4th game off while still saying she knows her computer doesn't lie. I suggested she rethink how she speaks to the customers, we all turned to leave and she says, "You're so cute when you're mad". SERIOUSLY?! Where are the hidden cameras because this cannot be real?!! I immediately went to speak with the manager who told her to apologize, which she did but I felt it was just going through the motions to satisfy me and get me out. I have never been so insulted in my life. They need to send this chick to some customer service training before she behaves that way with a customer who won't be as kind about it as I was. I am soooo not in a rush to go back there.

Heard alot of good things about this place. So I went and omg!! The patio is tacky. A tent as a roof a few tables. Like come on. Plus the walk to the bathroom soooo far. Have to travle from one side of the building to the other. As far as prices go, food decently priced but the drinks? Get real!! And the bar inside. I have seen a cheap hotel's bar that lookd better than the one they have. Food quality was ok was very bland but ok. Waitress' don't really smile and can find them doing alot of socializing at the bar instead of taking care of people. Layout of the business is just poor all around. But overall bowling is nice.

Very nice place for bowling and socializing. comfortable seating, state of the art equipment, music, full bar and decent bar menu. Food was nothing great but not bad.

we had our company holiday Christmas party here. so glad we did. great service, food and things to do. bowling was a blast. pool tables were fun. bar was packed but kept up with the demand.but the best part of the night was the food. delicious!!(hope you like the pictures posted with this review)
