This is a great walk around spot in Lexington with a amazing array of different Japanese maples and education on trees and nature. There is a wonderful play area for younger kids to explore the outdoors!

This place is awesome! If you have children, this is a must see place in Lexington. Great place to take pictures!

This is a great spot to take children and grandchildren from toddlers to teenagers. Trees of every variety. A great place for little ones to get down and dirty in a special digging area! Place where we can all learn about nature. Also a lovely place for small weddings and receptions.

If you enjoy nature you will NOT want to miss this gem. Not many people know about it and i wish they did! It's basically a walkable nature trail with so many trees, flowers and ponds to take in. Plan on a couple of hours to make sure you see everything, and if you have children, make sure to take them to the children's part of it!

I took my young son here to burn off some energy. There weren't many flowers. It was really a nice walk in the woods. It had rained a lot the day before, so the area was a bit muddy. Not a bad stop. I would recommend it to other travelers needing a little nature.

Easily walkable nature center with grassed pathways through the meadows and mulched trails through the woodlands. Don't overlook the children's playground, just off the entry road. Climbers, tunnels, chairs and tables, made almost entirely of branches, stumps and landforms make this a great discovery playground for kids. Adults, with or without kids, will appreciate the its whimsical design.

This is a hidden gem in Lexington. You almost feel like around one of the nooks and crannies a fairy village will pop up. Trails, creeks, natural "art" like a arched canopy of small inter-woven trees, a large "birds" next for kids to climb and play in. A unique expression of imagination. The trails are short and easy, which makes it nice for children.

This garden is an interesting assortment of trees, bushes and flowers (more trees and bushes than flowers) started by a doctor at his estate on the outskirts of town. It is cris-crossed by lots of trails (some 30 acres) and you can amble there as you please.
