it was a nice ballpark...small & friendly...try the "brisket burrito" with all the trimmings...WOW it was good! when the game started, there were literally more people on the field than in the stands...but the crowd picked up...how many games can you go to where the pitcher/umpire are GUARANTEED to hear every word from the stands? baseball purists will love it

What a great experience ... minor league baseball on a cool, clear night, with the unmatched scenery of the Big Bend all around. The game was good, but the conversation with local folks and baseball fans was even better. Kokernot Field has a remarkable history, and I am really glad it continues to be such an attractive and enjoyable place.
