Because there is not much to do in Riverton my family and I find that we are at the casino way more than we should be. When you consider that we are night owls and the casino and Walmart are the only places open this is the obvious choice. The slot machines are some of the tightest I have ever seen. I know now why this casino was number two in the US last year for income.

This casino has a lot of slot machines and a few poker tables. It's a nice clean with helpful friendly staff.

Both the casino and hotel were much more than expected. Casino could get a little smoky but then most of them are. The rooms were large, clean, beds comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Decent food in the red willow but you have to walk the gauntlet of cigarette smoke to get there. Not worth it to me as a non- smoker. But, it is a casino after all!

This place was really nice. Check in and out was a breeze. Very friendly staff. Rooms were comfy and clean. I enjoyed my stay.

Took a quick stop from Yellowstone Park on the way back to Denver.Found the casino very clean and very little smoke smell. Had a lot of machines and a few tables.Worth the stop. Did not stay in the hotel.

Just keep driving, trust me. Even if it's another 3 hours to Jackson (which is 1000 times better), it's worth avoiding this disaster. Very strict on the "no liquor, no beer" policy and no one for some strange reason was content on the casino floor. I went there on a Friday night thinking it was going to be fun, but you can tell that the people were in a miserable state of mind losing their money on table games and slot machines with the odds way against you. Ate at their 24 hour restaurant, service was mediocre as well as the food that tasted terrible, like old fermenting cooking oil left for days. No my friends, do yourselves a favor and drive west from there for a better Wyoming experience and detour somewhere else away from this atrocious place...

We signed up for a frequent player card and received $15 free play. I won $50. Not bad for only using $1 of my own money. We did not stay in the rooms there but the casino had a lot of slots, small amount of tables, and since it's a dry casino 18-year-olds can gamble. :) They also have a small food court, I recommend the Indian Taco.

See my complete review at Hotel section. But I saw the security staff do something illegal. Even for an Indian casino.

We found the Wind River Casino and Hotel online as a way station on our way from Denver to Yellowstone. Our family of five stayed in a single room with two queen beds and a crib. The rooms are huge, clean, well- stocked, and tastefully appointed. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked a room for our return journey one week later. The price was a very good value. The casino gave some money to us as new visitors and even gave us a $20 voucher for breakfast in the restaurant because one of us had a birthday that month. On the return trip we received more vouchers for slots play as part of a promotion run on Mondays. The hotel's Arapaho Experience Room is a great attraction that dramatizes the tribe's history and culture. The exhibit guides share their heritage with reverence and respect.

Was heading to Longmire Days in Buffalo, WY. Stopped, signed up for Players Club, received $10 free play, and won $526 on. 50 cent bet. Won't ever happen again. Fun place and very clean.

This is a brand new place. They have hundreds of slot machines and, although they allow smoking in the casino, it's not completely overpowering. We're not gamblers so we just went through the casino to get our customer discount card at the customer service desk and attended the evening's Arapaho performance. That was the highlight of our stay. Every Tuesday evening they have a performance that showcases their native Arapaho singing and dancing by award-winning performers. It was outstanding. It's the only reason we stopped here and it was certainly worth it. A great end to our Wyoming vacation.

This was a "passing through" stop for us. We are not big gamblers, so we were happy to walk away with about $35 more than we played. The room was quite nice and spacious. What I wouldn't recommend is the main restaurant. You have to walk through the casino to get in or out. The food was pretty good, but the service was not. I'm going to chalk it up to our server having a bad day. But she handed us our food, threw to go boxes on the table when we asked for them, and never refilled our beverages. If she is always like that, she she consider a career change. Overall, it's clean and comfortable, but unless I was specifically going to Riverton, I probably wouldn't stop here again.

I reserve my gambling for Las Vegas and don't have am opinion about the casino.I do really like the hotel. The place is new and the best for 80 bucks. The rooms are big and not what you'd expect in west central Wyoming. Lots of convenient plugs for electronics. The Red Willow restaurant is not fancy, but has very reasonable breakfast linch and dinner prices. There also is a snack bar and I recommend the Indian tacos. The casino is alcohol - free but that doesn't deter the gamers. There is smoking allowed, but not in the rooms or restaurant.

We only gambled for a little while in the casino. The slots seemed pretty tight. Also tried a little video poker. Smoking is allowed in the casino, but not in the hotel rooms. The ventilation system works pretty well because we weren't bothered by the smoke at all. Particularly liked the free drink station for players in the casino where you can get coffee and soft drinks 24/7. Hotel guests get $5 coupons for table game match play and free slot play, as well as 10% off in the gift shop and $5 off in the restaurants.
